What is the goal of Castle & Cooke for the Copperopolis Town Square?
To provide a mix of businesses, shops, restaurants and other offerings into the future that will ensure the Town Square remains a thriving shopping, dinning and entertainment experience where its visitors will encourage others to visit and shop.

What is the completion date of CTS?
All 21 buildings will be completed by year end 2009; the first 9 buildings around the Square will be ready for occupancy or tenant improvements by March 2008.

What will be the Hours of Operations?
It will be expected that retail stores will be open 7 days a week with an initial schedule of 10 to 6 Monday through Thursday, 10 to 7 Friday and Saturday and 11 to 5 on Sunday. Hours may vary depending upon the season. Restaurants will range from Breakfast/Lunch, Dinner Houses and specialty food outlets that will provide food service from 6am to 10pm minimum (subject to individual restaurant) providing daily food service. Each restaurant can close 1 day each week Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, coordinating with others so all are not closed on the same day. Professional offices will be open 5 days a week with average hours of 8am to 5pm.

Where will my customers/clients park?
There will be some on street parking for customers/visitors however there will be ample parking in lots on the rear of buildings. There will be designated parking for residential and it will be required that all employees of businesses park away from the buildings in designated areas and never in front or on streets.

Will there be mail delivery to my store?
We will provide clustered mailboxes for both businesses and residential, located between Buildings 9 and 10. United States Postal Service, at their discretion, will provide front door delivery to ground floor only tenants for those that want it.

How many stores like mine will be in Town Square?
Our goal is to provide a wide range of businesses that will give the community and shopper a choice of products and services and provide reasonable product theme exclusivity. It is expected there will be 90 individual businesses and 45 Town Lofts.

What plans do you have for marketing the Town Square?

Castle & Cooke is creating awareness through articles in regional, state wide and national magazines and other print materials that are being managed by the Public Relations firm of Buffalo Communications. In addition, Castle & Cooke's marketing firm, The Marcom Group, is charged with the promotion of Copperopolis Town Square. All marketing such as Radio and Print ads by other Castle & Cooke properties such as Saddle Creek Resort and their websites will include information on the Copperopolis Town Square.

An 8 panel brochure has been printed and will be continuously updated providing contact information (866 phone number, email and website addresses). These will be distributed to business organizations such as Calaveras Visitors Bureau, Calaveras County Chamber of Commerce, Trade Shows, mailed to all inquiries received by Castle & Cooke offices such as Saddle Creek and Copper Valley Realty and on display in The Lodge at Saddle Creek and Lodge Bungalows and other Inns, B & Bs and Hotels. Future printing of the brochure will list the businesses in Town Square and locate them on the site map, which will be used as an onsite directory piece. The Copperopolis Town Square Website is under construction and will be linked to all Castle & Cooke websites and local business organizations that may be available to us.

Events will be scheduled on a regular basis to bring the public to the Town Square. See attached listing of ideas for future promotions.

Each business shall provide signage that is in accordance with the Architectural Guidelines and subject to management approval.

1. Copperopolis Town Square - a 233,000 square foot mixed use Town Center.
2. Saddle Creek - a Golf Resort Community featuring the nationally acclaimed Saddle Creek Golf Course and 1,150 residential units. 550 lots have been developed as of 2007.
3. Sawmill Lake - an 800 unit residential neighborhood of the Town Square along with the opportunity for two Inns currently pursuing entitlement review.
